Mandrel-bent tubing on every header
No crush bends. Ever. Mandrel bending keeps the inside diameter constant from flange to collector — which is the difference between a header that flows and one that chokes your exhaust.
Thorley Headers has been mandrel-bending, hand-porting and shipping bolt-on exhaust headers out of a 38,000 sq-ft shop in Canton for 45 years. If it bolts to a small-block, big-block, Windsor, modular or Hemi — we make the header.
Pick your platform. We'll route you to the right header family, the matching part numbers, and the torque gain range from our dyno logs. Not sure which way the engine came from the factory? Call a tech.
Not sure which header fits your combo? Talk to an ASE-certified tech — (330) 478-0000. Average pickup under 38 seconds.
Restore, swap, or build — every Thorley part is in stock and bench-tested before it ships from Canton.

Four commitments we've kept since 1978. No crush bends, no offshore shortcuts, no fine print.

Independent dyno testing by Engine Builder Magazine (March 2019) measured +18–27 ft-lbs of torque on small-block Chevy engines with our THY-283 series. Gains vary by combo, tune, and altitude — but the curve is real.
All 47 craftsmen, engineers and warehouse staff work out of our 38,000 sq-ft facility in Canton. We don't import tubing, we don't relabel offshore blanks, we don't cut corners on a Tuesday afternoon.
Honored on every header since 1982. If our tubing rusts through under normal use, we replace it. That's the warranty. That's the whole warranty.
"Forty-five years in, Thorley is still the yardstick. The Tri-Y small-block header bolted on, the car picked up two tenths and the torque curve flattened exactly where it should. Nobody else in the catalog is making tubing this consistently."
